These terms apply to your use of waranstech.com (the "site"), operated by Warans Tech. By using the site you accept these terms. Services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or purchase order, which takes precedence over these terms.
2. Information on the site
Articles, guides, checklists, calculators and product descriptions are provided for general information. They are not professional, legal or compliance advice for your specific situation. Figures produced by tools such as the DevOps ROI calculator are estimates based on industry averages, not a quotation or guarantee.
3. Third-party products
We resell and support software from third-party vendors. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Descriptions of those products are based on vendor documentation at the time of writing; the vendor's own licence terms govern your use of their software.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to send unsolicited or false enquiries, to probe, scan or test the site or its infrastructure without written authorisation, to scrape content in bulk, or to interfere with its availability. If you believe you have found a security issue, email warans@waranstech.com and we will respond promptly.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, design and code of the site are owned by Warans Tech. You may read, link to and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on the site, from interruptions to its availability, or from third-party sites we link to.
7. Privacy
Personal data you submit through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
