1. Who we are

Warans Tech ("we", "us") operates the website waranstech.com. We provide DevOps, cybersecurity, AI integration and software development services from our offices in Bangalore, Coimbatore and Madurai, India. Questions about this policy can be sent to warans@waranstech.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a contact or consultation form, request a resource, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, country, service of interest, budget range and your message.
• Usage data. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site and interactions such as form submissions. IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics.
• Cookies. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. A single preference cookie remembers your choice. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To send the newsletter or resource you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which content and services are useful, so we can improve the site.
• To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our team's mailboxes by a form-processing provider (FormSubmit) and reviewed by a person before any reply. Analytics data is processed by Google. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We share personal data with no one else unless required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to three years afterwards for follow-up and record keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for 14 months.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. As a security services company we apply the same controls to our own systems that we recommend to clients.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing warans@waranstech.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR. Where we rely on consent (analytics cookies, newsletter), you can withdraw it at any time.
