DevOps Implementation

Ship faster, fail less, scale effortlessly.

Our DevOps Implementation service transforms how your engineering team builds, tests, and deploys software. We design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that automate repetitive tasks, reduce human error, and accelerate your release cycles from weeks to hours.

We go beyond simple automation. Our approach includes infrastructure as code (IaC), container orchestration, monitoring, and observability - giving your team complete control and visibility over your entire software delivery lifecycle.

Whether you are migrating to the cloud, containerizing legacy applications, or building a greenfield platform, our DevOps engineers bring deep expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP to architect solutions that scale with your business.

How DevOps Works in Practice

Most engineering teams do not have a tooling problem, they have a flow problem. Code waits for a release window, a release waits for someone to run a checklist, and a rollback waits for the one person who knows how. DevOps implementation is the work of removing those waits: every change is built, tested, packaged and deployed by the same repeatable pipeline, and every environment is described in code that can be reviewed and recreated.

We start from your current state rather than a template. A two-person startup shipping a single Next.js app needs a very different pipeline from a bank with forty Java services and a change advisory board. In both cases the goal is the same: a small change should reach production in hours with a clear audit trail, and a bad change should be reversible in minutes.

Our engineers have delivered pipelines on GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins and Azure DevOps, infrastructure on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and workloads on Kubernetes, ECS, serverless and plain virtual machines. We recommend what fits your team and your budget, not what is fashionable.

Our DevOps Process

Every engagement follows the same six steps, scoped to your size and your goals, so you always know what happens next and what you will receive.

  1. 01

    Discovery and assessment

We map how code currently moves from a developer laptop to production: repositories, branching, build steps, environments, approvals, monitoring and the manual steps nobody has written down. You get a written assessment with a prioritised list of bottlenecks.

  2. 02

    Target architecture

We design the pipeline, environment strategy, infrastructure-as-code layout, secrets handling and observability stack, and agree it with your team before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build the foundation

Infrastructure is written as Terraform or CloudFormation modules with remote state and review workflows. Container images, Helm charts or deployment manifests are versioned alongside the application.

  4. 04

    Pipeline rollout

CI/CD is introduced service by service, starting with the one that hurts most. Each pipeline includes automated tests, security scanning, artifact signing and environment promotion with approvals where you need them.

  5. 05

    Observability and operations

Dashboards, alerts and on-call runbooks are set up in Prometheus and Grafana, Datadog or the cloud-native equivalent, so the team can see the effect of every release.

  6. 06

    Handover and enablement

We document everything, train your engineers to own it, and stay available for a defined support period after handover.

DevOps Questions, Answered

How long does a DevOps implementation take?

A single application with one production environment typically takes four to six weeks from assessment to handover. Multi-service platforms are rolled out in phases of four to eight weeks each so your team sees value early and can absorb the changes.

Do we need to move to Kubernetes?

No. Kubernetes is the right answer for some workloads and unnecessary complexity for others. We have delivered equally reliable pipelines on ECS, App Service, Cloud Run and plain virtual machines. We recommend the simplest platform that meets your scaling and compliance needs.

Which cloud providers do you work with?

AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, plus hybrid and on-premise environments that need to connect to them. Our engineers hold current certifications on all three major clouds.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes. We build on what you already use where it is fit for purpose, whether that is Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps or GitHub. Replacing tools is a last resort, not a starting point.

What does DevOps cost?

Engagements are scoped after the assessment and priced as a fixed project or a monthly retainer. We are transparent about what each phase includes, and the DevOps ROI calculator on our home page gives a first estimate of the savings automation can produce.

Will our developers need to change how they work?

Somewhat, and that is the point. Trunk-based or short-lived branches, pull request reviews and automated tests become the normal path to production. We run hands-on sessions so the change feels like a relief rather than a burden.
